NCDXC meetings are generally held on the 3rd Thursday of each month. Exceptions are April due to IDXC, July due to our Annual Picnic and December due to our Holiday Party.

Programs and related information are updated as soon as the board notifies the webmaster. Contact a board member if you want to be a presenter or with suggestions.

Andreas will explore how to use Node-RED modules, many of which are in the program’s library, to remote control your station equipment.

Matt will describe his new two meter EME station and explain its operation.

He will discuss EME station design, equipment and operating techniques

What is an op-amp?  Have you ever wondered?  They turn out to be incredibly useful devices that started out as computers!  Beyond computing, they have been used for a wide array of fun applications, from simple comparators to doing calculus to exploring meta-stable chaotic systems.  Op-amps lean heavily on the notion of feedback, giving us a chance to learn some fundamentals of control system theory.  And they’re pretty handy around the ham shack too.  Let’s take a look at these amazing little devices and see what you could build with them.
